That’s why Let Whitney’s offers two clear levels of service: Tenant Find and Fully Managed.

Tenant Find

Our Tenant Find service is designed for landlords who are happy to manage the tenancy themselves once the tenant has moved in, but want professional support getting everything off to the right start.

We’ll help establish the right rental value, prepare and market your property, arrange and conduct viewings, reference prospective tenants and complete Right to Rent checks. We’ll also prepare the tenancy agreement, coordinate the required safety and compliance documentation and collect the first month’s rent ready for the tenancy to begin.

You manage the tenancy. We make sure it starts properly.

Fully Managed

Our Fully Managed service is for landlords who want us to take care of the property and tenancy on their behalf.

It includes everything required to find and secure the right tenant, followed by ongoing management throughout the tenancy. We become the main point of contact for your tenant, collect and monitor rent, coordinate repairs and maintenance, carry out regular property check-ins, manage ongoing compliance and deal with the everyday queries and issues that naturally come with letting a property.

We’ll also support you with rent reviews, tenancy changes and the eventual check-out, giving you a dedicated local team looking after your investment from beginning to end.
